Responsibilities

Clarity is key to understanding, so clear delineation of the association’s responsibilities allows the association to optimize the use of board, committee, and volunteer resources. We view the board of directors or committee as the as the policy-making body for the association, and our managers act as advisors to the board or committee when our expertise and experience can add value. We are responsible for carrying out the directives of the homeowner's association board/committee. In this way the board/committee may delegate the day-to-day operations of the association to the manager, including:

• Completing regular inspections of the property
• Reporting violations of the Covenants, Rules and Regulations, and Design Standards
• Providing notice to homeowners whose properties are out of compliance
• Working with homeowners to resolve such issues
