After purchasing a CONDO Unit in Halstead I, I encountered numerous problems with the process to establish an on-line account to manage my CONDO Payments. My "LATE FEE" on my FIRST PAYMENT was the beginning of some of my immediate issues. However, I was fortunate to contact "Fatima Laatour, Assistant General Manager At Halstead Metro I & II" and she QUICKLY & PROFESSIONALLY took appropriate action to rectify this situation as well as several other issues that I had. Also, I would like to express my THANKS and APPRECIATION for the RAPID ASSISTANCE I receiver from "Alexandra Pollock, Customer Service Representative at Legum & Norman". So, for my FIRST IMPRESSIONS with my experiences thus far at Legum & Norman, they look "JUST FINE".......

My wife and I would like to recognize and sincerely thank Legum & Norman On-Site Community Manager Roksana H. Weaver for her exceptional service while we were residents of Potomac Club. Over the last 4+ years we’ve reached out to Roksana regarding questions, issues, and concerns and have had positive interactions, friendly service, and quick responses and resolutions. We’ve visited her several times and each time she’s been great to interact with. Roksana also provided much-needed support during our move-out and answered numerous questions and inquiries along the way. Roksana has been a great addition to the community and to work with. Overall, we greatly appreciate Roksana’s support throughout the years. Her superb performance and professionalism have contributed to Potomac Clubs’ continued success as a community and its residents. Thank you!

I have been disappointed with the HOA until recently. Amber has changed that view. She was absolutely fantastic going out of her way to help me an incident involving my garbage cans. She volunteered to go to my home on her way home to make sure the issue was resolved and the can replaced and put away. She is great and she should be recognized for her good work

Hi Margaret, In the matter of removing the playground located next to the community pool I am opposed to this action. Based on financial commitment to this action I would rather have funds dedicated to landscaping improvements , especially with regards to our common areas. I do not believe removing the children’s playground should take priority over repairing the lawns , weeding, improving common landscaping, and providing any home improvement such as power washing and gutter cleaning. These should be HOA priorities!! Thank You for your time and efforts in maintaining Windmill Woods a lovely community, Deborah Michalski
