VANCOUVER, B.C. – June 1, 2018 – Associa British Columbia will be hosting its “Condo 101” educational seminar from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Saturday, June 9, 2018.
The workshop will provide information on Strata council’s duties, obligations, and procedures. Specific topics will include legal elements of Stratas, special responsibilities of Stratas as well as Strata administration, finance, insurance, and procedures for corporation meetings.
The event will host legal experts including Phil Dougan with Access Law Group, Lisa Frey with Gowlings WLG LLP, and Alex Chang and Sat Harwood with Lesperance Mendes Lawyers.
