PLEASANTON, CA – February 28, 2018 – Associa Northern California is excited to announce that Janis Schock, community director, has obtained her Professional Manager of Community Associations (PCAM®) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI).

She joined Associa in 2014 as a community manager and was promoted to branch director where she oversees the operations of the Pleasanton office.
