Associa Northern California takes home the Management Company of the Year award and other top honors at the annual California North Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI) Holiday Gala and Awards Ceremony and the Bay Area and Central California CAI Holiday Gala.
The CAI North Chapter Gala took place at Sacramento’s Tsakopoulos Library Galleria on December 04, 2014 and acknowledged the outstanding achievements of the chapter members over the past year, with Associa Northern California taking top honors as Management Company of the Year.
Associa Northern California was recently formed as a unification of two local Associa branches: M & C Association Management Services and Massingham & Associates.
“We are very excited to receive this award as we unify and serve our clients as one branch,” says Associa Northern California CEO Joe Price. “We had several members of our team in attendance and it was great to share with them what we’ve earned together.”
At the CAI Bay Area and Central California event at the JW Marriott in San Francisco on December 5, 2014, Associa Northern California President Greg Smith was awarded the 2014 Rookie of the Year and Vice President Adrianne Bretao took home the Manager of the Year Award.
