Kramer-Triad Management Group COO Presents at Community Associations Institute Conference

Kramer-Triad Management Group, an Associa company, proudly announces Chief Operating Officer Lance Govang, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, will speak at the Michigan chapter’s Community Associations Institute (CAI) Annual Conference Suburban Collection Showplace on March 09.

Govang’s presentation “Budgeting From the Bottom Up: Are you budgeting for your future?” takes a detailed look into how management companies and their communities can budget for a better future.

“I am extremely honored to present at this year’s CAI Annual Conference Suburban Collection Showplace,” said Govang. “I hope attendees will walk away from my presentation with a better knowledge of budgeting for their associations.”

In addition to representing the office in a session, Kramer-Triad is a “Gold” sponsor of the event. Kramer-Triad sends 45 employees to join other industry professionals and association volunteers in attendance and 70 vendors participating with booths at the trade show.
